“位” is the classifier for persons (polite way).
e.g.
一位小姐 (yī wèi xiǎojiě) a lady
那位演员 (nà wèi yǎnyuán) that actor
“件” is a classifier for nouns.
“件” could be used for clothes, usually upper outer garments.
e.g.
一件衣服 (yī jiàn yīfú) A piece of clothing
三件毛衣 (sān jiàn máoyī) Three sweaters
“件” could be used for some nouns indicating something of a certain category, which emphasizes quantity.
e.g.
两件家具 (liǎng jiàn jiājù) Two pieces of furniture
三件行李 (sān jiàn xínglǐ) Three pieces of luggage
“件” could be used for events or legal cases.
e.g.
帮我做一件事情吧!(Bāng wǒ zuò yī jiàn shìqíng ba!) Do one thing for me!

“条” is used for strip-shaped objects.
“条” could be used for transportation facilities.

一条公路 (yītiáo gōnglù) a highway
两条河 (liǎng tiáo hé) two rivers
“条” could be used for clothes and daily necessities.
e.g.
一条毛巾 (yītiáo máojīn) a towl
一条裙子 (yītiáo qúnzi) a skirt
一条烟 (yītiáo yān) one carton of cigarette
“条” could be used for strip-shaped animals or body parts.
e.g.
一条尾巴 (yītiáo wěibā) a tail
一条蛇 (yītiáo shé) a snake
“条” could be used for lines.
e.g.
一条线 (yītiáo xiàn) a line
“封” as a classifier individual measure for things that can be sealed.
e.g.
一封信 (yī fēng xìn) a letter

“层” as a classifier means “stories” “floor” or “layer for an outer covering”.

一层楼 (yī céng lóu) A storey of a building
