Subject + 被 / 叫 / 让 + Object + 给 + Verb + (Other elements) + 了
In this structure, “被” “叫” “让” is used to indicate the agent who has performed the given action where the agent can’t be omitted. Adverbs like “已经” “常” “都” “就” “还” “曾经” “早就” etc. should be placed before “被” “让” “叫”.
“给” is an auxiliary word here to stress the passive voice and the meaning won’t be changed if we leave it out.
e.g.
苹果被他给吃完了。(Pínɡɡuǒ bèi tā ɡěi chīwán le.) Apples are gone through by him.
事情都叫我们给做好了。(Shìqínɡ dōu jiào women ɡěi zuò hǎo le.) Things are all done by us.

Note: “不要” “别” can be put before “被” “叫” “让” while “没(有)” can only be placed before “被”.
