Compressed complex sentence indicates several clauses compressed together without any stop formally which looks like a single sentence but the logic and relationship in it is still the same as that in a complex sentence. We can divide them into two types: one is without marks the other with.
Compressed complex sentences without marks means there is no marks like link words or interrogative words etc. in the sentence. And since we can’t distinguish it by an obvious mark, so generally we recognize it by seeing how many statements in it.
e.g.
谁动杀了谁。(Shéi dònɡ shale shéí.) I will kill the person who moves.
→ “谁要是动,我就杀了谁”.
>>There are two statements: “谁动” and “杀了谁”.
雨过天晴。(Yǔ ɡuò tiān qínɡ.) The sky clears after the rain.
→ “雨过天就晴了”.
>> There are two statements: “雨过” and “天晴”.
回来得晚没饭吃。(Huílái de wǎn méi fàn chī.) People who are back late will have nothing to eat.
→ “谁回来得晚谁就没饭吃”.
>>There are two statements: “回来得晚” and “没饭吃”.
你不怕我怕。(Nǐ bú pà wǒ pà.) You aren’t afraid but I’m afraid.
→ “虽然你不怕但是我怕”.
>>There are two statements: “你不怕” and “我怕”.
你想去你去。(Nǐ xiǎnɡ qù nǐ qù.) If you want to go then you go.
→ “如果你想去你就去”.
>>There are two statements: “你想去” and “你去”.
你有事你先走。(Nǐ yǒu shì nǐ xiān zǒu.) You can leave at first if you have things to do.
→ “如果你有事你就先走”.
>>There are two statements: “你有事” and “你先走”.
不明白可以问我。(Bù mínɡbɑi kěyǐ wèn wǒ.) If not understanding, you can ask me.
→ “如果不明白可以问我”.

In a compressed complex sentence, we can also use a mark to denote their logic and relationship. Fixed patterns like “不……也……” “没有……就没有……” “不……不……” etc. are some of typical marks.
不……也……
This pattern is used to indicate a hypothesis and concession which is similar to “即使不……,也……”.
“even if…”
(Subject) + 不 + Verb 1 + 也 + Verb 2 + (object)
e.g.
不知道也没办法。(Bù zhīdào yě méi bànfǎ.) It would be fine if you don’t know.
我不戴眼镜也能看清楚。(Wǒ bú dài yǎnjìnɡ yě nénɡ kàn qīnɡchu.) I can see clearly even if I don’t wear a pair of glasses.
你们不说我也明白。(Nǐmen bù shuō wǒ yě mínɡbɑi.) I know even if you didn’t say it.
没有……就没有……
This pattern indicates a hypothesis which is similar to “如果没有……,就没有……”.
“if not…, not…”
(Subject) + 没有 + Object 1+ (Subject) + 就没有 + Object 2
e.g.
没有他的帮助就没有你现在的成绩。(Méiyǒu tā de bānɡzhù jiù méiyǒu nǐ xiànzài de chénɡjì.) You won’t succeed without his help.
没有他我们就没有办法完成工作。(Méiyǒu tā women jiù méiyǒu bànfǎ wánchénɡ ɡōnɡzuò.) We can’t finish the work without him.
没有努力就没有未来。(Méiyǒu nǔlì jiù méiyǒu wèilái.) There will be no future without diligency.
不……不……
This pattern indicates a hypothesis which is similar to “如果不……,就不……”.
“if not…, not…”
(Subject) + 不 + Verb 1 + 不 + Verb 2
e.g.
不好吃不要钱。(Bù hǎochī búyào qián.) To be free if it’s not delicious.
不去不要后悔。(Bú qù bú yào hòuhuǐ.) Don’t regret if non go there.
你不当家不知道生活不易。(Nǐ bù dānɡ jiā bù zhīdào shēnɡhuó bú yì.) You don’t manage household staff so you don’t how hard life is.
再……也……
This pattern indicates a concession and adversative relation which is similar to “即使……,也……”.
“Even if…, …”
再 + Adjective 1/Verb 1 + 也 + Adjective 2/Verb 2
e.g.
再远也不怕。(Zài yuǎn yě bú pà.) Even if it’s so far, we won’t be afraid of it.
这个东西再便宜也不买。(Zhèɡe dōnɡxi zài piányi yě bù mǎi.) I won’t buy it even if it’s so cheap.
学中文再难也要坚持下去。(Xué Zhōnɡwén zài nán yě yào jiānchí xiàqu.) Stick to study Chinese even if it’s hard.
