“朵” is the classifier for a flower or a cloud.
e.g.
一朵花 (yī duǒ huā) a flower

一朵云 (yī duǒ yún) a cloud

“幅” is the measure word for a piece of artwork, such as painting, calligraphy, embroidery, etc.

“匹” is the measure word for a horse or a bolt of cloth.
e.g.
