“册” is the classifier for a book or booklet.
e.g.
三册书 (sān cè shū) three volumes of books
这套书一共有五册 ，我们一人读一册。(Zhè tào shū yīgòng yǒu wǔ cè, wǒmen yīrén dú yī cè.) There are five volumes in this set, and we read each volume by ourselves.
“朵” is the classifier for a flower or a cloud.
e.g.
一朵花 (yī duǒ huā) a flower
99朵玫瑰代表我对你的爱长长久久。(99 duǒ méiguī dàibiǎo wǒ duì nǐ de ài chángcháng jiǔjiǔ.) 99 roses represent my love for you forever.
一朵云 (yī duǒ yún) a cloud
天气真好，一朵云也没有。(T iānqì zhēn hǎo, yī duǒ yún yě méiyǒu.) The weather is really good, and there are no clouds.
“幅” is the measure word for a piece of artwork, such as painting, calligraphy, embroidery, etc.
e.g.
妹妹画了一幅画。(Mèimei huàle yī fú huà.) My sister drew a picture.
这是一幅唐代的书法作品。(Zhè shì yī fú táng dài de shūfǎ zuòpǐn.) This is a calligraphy work from the Tang Dynasty.
奶奶送给我一幅虎年刺绣。(Nǎinai sòng gěi wǒ yī fú hǔ nián cìxiù.) Grandma gave me an embroidery for the Year of the Tiger.
“届” is the classifier for the class years.
e.g.
我们都是2020届的毕业生。(Wǒmen dōu shì 2020 jiè de bìyè shēng.) We are all graduates of the class of 2020.
这一届的学生都很聪明。(Zhè yī jiè de xuéshēng dōu hěn cōngmíng.) The students in this class are very smart.
上一届学生会主席是谁？(Shàng yī jiè xuéshēnghuì zhǔxí shì shéi?) Who was the president of the last student union?
“颗” is the measure word for small spherical objects.
e.g.
一颗花生 (yī kē huāshēng) a peanut
一颗种子 (yī kē zhǒngzi) a seed
一颗牙齿 (yī kē yáchǐ) a tooth
一颗糖 (yī kē tang) a candy
“匹” is the measure word for a horse or a bolt of cloth.
e.g.
一匹马 (yī pǐ mǎ) a horse
你养了几匹马？(nǐ yǎngle jǐ pǐ mǎ?) How many horses did you keep?
一匹布 (yī pǐ bù) a piece of cloth
我买了几匹布做窗帘。(wǒ mǎile jǐ pǐ bù zuò chuānglián.) I bought a few pieces of cloth to make curtains.
“扇” is used as the measure word for doors or windows.
e.g.
一扇门 (yī shàn mén) a door
这座花园有四扇大门。(Zhè zuò huāyuán yǒu sì shàn dàmén.) This garden has four gates.
两扇窗 (liǎng shàn chuāng)
你家有几扇窗户？(Nǐ jiā yǒu jǐ shàn chuānghù?) How many windows do you have in your house?
